For 2 days prior, avoid topical agents that may increase sensitivity (retionids, Vit-A, exfoliants, acids, benzoyl perooxide)

Avoid intense exercise for 48 hours as excess heat and sweating can cause unwanted side effects. Light activities like pilates, walking, light weights are acceptable.
Once most of the peeling is done, you can resume workouts but expect mild redness for a day or so.
You will wash your face 4 hours after the peel is applied. After this, you can wear makeup.
Avoid direct or extreme sun exposure for 7 days after. Apply SPF daily and wear hats to protect your skin.
You will receive a post care kit to use after treatment.
